Johanna Kremer Hovinga and Anette van Dorland travelled to Prague on 29th of May to give presentations on acquired-, hereditary TTP and the Hereditary TTP Registry. The goal was to exchange knowledge on TTP and to recruit physicians with hereditary TTP patients to join the Registry.
Steering Committee member Ingrid Hrachovinova had organised the TTP seminars at the Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion (ÚHKT) in Prague. She had invited physicians, who are treating patients with hereditary TTP, from all over the Czech Republic.
Following the positive response to the seminar, we soon hope to welcome new collaborators from the Czech Republic into the Registry.
